PolandNext on the list is Poland with 67.4%. Poland reportedly receives high marks for its developers, who ranked third worldwide in the study. The country is said to offer affordable costs in establishing a developer team.
TaiwanTaiwan ranks at No. 3 on the list with 66.3%. The country ranks among the top five, courtesy its STEM skills (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). The high internet speed is another plus for Taiwan.
FinlandAt No. 4 on the list is Finland. The European nation gets 65.7% and ranks at top on the Corruption Index, meaning the country has least corruption among all the 28 nations mentioned in the HackerRank's list.
New ZealandNew Zealand ranks at No. 5 with 65.5%. The country gets top scores on Corruption Index and English-speaking skills. However, lack of STEM skills can be a challenge.

SwedenAt No. 10 on the list is Sweden with a score of 63.4%. The country gets best scores on Corruption Index, English-speaking skills and internet speed. It scores poorly on availability of STEM skills.
